Job summary

WSP USA is seeking On Call Emergency Management Specialists, Recovery to support disaster recovery operations across the United States. These roles are on-call, project-dependent, and may deploy from any WSP USA office, including several Florida locations.

Selected candidates must be available for travel with short notice and sustain demanding schedules, including extended hours and consecutive days, throughout assignments. This position is not full-time and is project-based.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 7+ years of professional experience.
• 1+ years in an Emergency Management role (Response, Recovery or related).
• Willingness to travel to client sites; deploy on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Support disaster recovery efforts across all phases, including funding, documentation and rebuilding.
• Deploy to Emergency Operations Centers or Field Staging Areas as needed.
• Manage recovery projects from initiation through closeout with quality and timeliness.
