Job summary

Planned Companies' Santa Clara, CA locations are hiring Front Desk Associates and Doormen to warmly welcome tenants, guests and vendors and ensure a safe, presentable building.

This on-site role requires exceptional communication, multitasking and knowledge of local attractions. The position is on-call for swing, graveyard and weekend shifts, with a pay rate of $30 per hour and full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401K with employer matching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests and vendors on entry to the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships to provide personalized experiences.
• Schedule reservations at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues; plan on-site events.
• Provide direction and referrals to local entertainment, dining, shopping and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries and vendor services; manage access.
• Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys/access cards.
