The State of Washington, Washington Soldiers Home in Orting, seeks an On-Call Nursing Assistant Certified to support resident care on an as-needed basis. This role assists with daily living activities, monitors residents, and collaborates with licensed staff to deliver quality care to Veterans.

Requirements include an active WA NAC license, OBRA eligibility, ability to lift 60 lb, and English proficiency. On-call shifts are rotational; telework is not available.

Formación

• Must have current Washington NAC license and OBRA active status.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and reach 36 inches.
• Experience in patient care or customer service in health care settings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with activities of daily living and nursing care per care plan.
• Accurately document vital signs and observations in medical records.
• Support licensed staff with therapies and treatments as directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies within scope of practice.
• Assist with transfers, bathing, grooming, and mobility.
