Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Washington state practical nurse license.
• English reading/writing proficiency for safe clinical care.
• Experience or education equivalency considered year-for-year.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise treatment plans for residents.
• Pass medications, monitor treatments, and record responses.
• Suction, oxygen, catheter care, IV and feeding support.
• Process physician orders.
• Assist with routine rehabilitation and maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
