HeiTech Services, LLC is seeking an ON CALL - Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician) to support USCIS ASC in Birmingham, AL. You will assist applicants through the immigration process by collecting biometric data in a professional government environment.

Training is provided, no prior fingerprinting experience is required. This is a casual on-call position with no guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Verify all individuals entering the ASC are approved applicants and visitors while adhering to facility processes.
• Provide front-line customer service as a HeiTech Services representative and on behalf of USCIS ASC.
