HeiTech Services is seeking an ON-CALL Customer Service Representative (Fingerprinting) Technician to support USCIS ASC operations in Rhode Island. This casual on-call role requires flexibility and availability five days a week for substitute coverage.

The position involves biometric registration, verification of entrants, and delivering frontline customer service. Candidates must obtain and maintain a government suitability clearance and be able to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for USCIS applicants.
• Verify entrants are approved applicants and visitors; enforce facility procedures.
• Provide front-line customer service as a HeiTech Services representative.
• Interact with the public with courtesy and respect.
