HeiTech Services is seeking an On-Call Biometrics Technician to support USCIS ASC operations in Charlotte, NC. The role involves providing frontline biometric enrollment services, fingerprints, photos, and signatures for applicants seeking legal immigration.

This casual on-call position offers flexibility with hours Monday–Friday as needed; there is no guaranteed schedule or income, and applicants must be able to obtain a government clearance and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued suitability clearance.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Stand upright for scheduled shift duration.
• Hold and grasp applicants’ hands for fingerprints.
• Type and use basic computer skills.
• Completion of biometrics training within 60 days.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service.

Responsabilités

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Verify all who enter the ASC are approved applicants and visitors while ensuring adherence to facility processes.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of HeiTech Services, our partner Amentum and on behalf of the United States Government.
• Treat applicants with respect as a customer of the USCIS ASC.
