Job summary

HeiTech Services, LLC is recruiting for an ON CALL - Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician) to support USCIS ASC operations in Boston, MA. The role focuses on collecting biometric data and delivering courteous service in a government setting.

No fingerprinting experience is required; paid training is provided. The position is casual on-call, with coverage five days a week as needed, and hours are not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service.
• Willingness to complete biometrics training and certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for USCIS applicants.
• Verify entrants are approved applicants and visitors per procedures.
• Provide front-line customer service on behalf of HeiTech Services, our partner Amentum and the US Government.
• Interact with applicants professionally and respectfully as a customer of the USCIS ASC.
