Job summary

HeiTech Services, LLC is seeking an On-Call Customer Service Representative (Fingerprinting) Technician in Rhode Island to support USCIS ASC operations. You will conduct biometric registrations, verify entrants, and deliver courteous frontline service as a government contractor.

This casual on-call role requires availability five days a week during site hours; hours are not guaranteed and compensation varies with on-call coverage. Prior biometrics training is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued suitability clearance.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicants' hands to obtain quality fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with the public.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of biometrics training within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for USCIS applicants.
• Verify entrants are approved and adhere to facility processes and procedures.
• Provide front-line customer service as HeiTech Services, our partner Amentum and on behalf of the United States Government.
• Display a cheerful and inviting demeanor, manage applicants with sensitivity and courtesy, and ensure respectful customer treatment.
