Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks an on-call Banquet Server to assist with event setup, service, and breakdown in a hospitality setting. You will greet guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure high standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

The role requires attentiveness to details, knowledge of liquor regulations, and the ability to work flexible hours across hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Current Food Handler Card required.
• Basic knowledge of food/beverage prep and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room per Banquet Event Order and instructions.
• Attend stand up meetings to learn function details.
• Greet guests and respond to requests courteously.
• Serve food/beverages and maintain consistency with Banquet Captain.
• Bus dishes promptly and replenish beverages as needed.
• Reset banquet rooms for subsequent functions as directed.
• Perform side work and maintain health standards.
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
