Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Banquet Server to assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, serving food and/or beverages with courtesy and professionalism. The role requires attendance at pre-event briefings, greeting guests, and ensuring consistency with Banquet Captain expectations.

Positions operate in a 24/7 hotel setting with shifts and flexible hours. A current Food Handler Card is required, along with knowledge of liquor regulations and guest relations.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations for serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards and guest relations.
• Ability to understand inquiries and communicate simple instructions in English.

Responsabilidades

• Gather supplies and set up banquet room as described in Banquet Event Order.
• Attend stand up meetings to learn function details and guest expectations.
• Greet guests and serve food/beverages per Banquet Captain specifications.
• Bus dishes, replenish beverages, and monitor guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Reset banquet rooms after events and prepare for next function.
