Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks an on-call Banquet Server to assist with event setup, service, and breakdown in a hotel banquet setting. You will greet guests, serve courses and beverages, and ensure high standards in line with hotel expectations.

You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and follow all safety procedures. Prior banquet experience is preferred, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience providing banquet or event service in a hotel or similar setting.
• Ability to follow banquet event orders and maintain high service standards.
• Strong guest relations and professional communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces per Banquet Event Order.
• Serve food and beverages in a courteous, timely manner.
• Bus and reset banquet areas between courses and functions as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all service areas.
