Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management's team is seeking a Banquet Server to assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces and to serve food and beverages in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner according to hotel standards of quality.

You will greet guests, respond to requests, and carry out service in coordination with the Banquet Captain, ensuring consistency and guest satisfaction throughout each function. Flexibility with shifts and physical tasks is required.

Qualifications

• Must have Food Handler Card and basic knowledge of food/beverage service.
• Ability to greet guests, take requests, and communicate clearly.
• Adherence to safety standards and hotel policies.

Responsibilities

• Gather supplies and set up banquet room per Banquet Event Order.
• Attend stand up meetings to learn function details.
• Greet guests and serve food and/or beverages per Banquet Captain.
• Bus dishes, replenish beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Clear and reset banquet rooms after events; perform side work.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
