Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking banquet staff to assist with event setup, service, and breakdown in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will greet guests, serve food and beverages, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation during events.

Team members must follow liquor guidelines, maintain safety, and support supervisors by handling side duties and assisting other banquet personnel as needed.

Qualifications

• Food handler card required.
• Knowledge of liquor regulations for serving to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Basic English language skills to understand inquiries and give instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Commitment to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet room per Banquet Event Order (BEO) and assist with break down after events.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a courteous, professional manner.
• Serve food and beverages according to high quality standards.
• Bus dishes and reset banquet rooms between courses or functions.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction throughout events.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions or incidents.
• Maintain clean appearance and work area; assist other banquet staff as needed.
