Job summary

Pinnacle Live seeks an On Call Event Services Technician to support floor operations, setup, strike, and operation of AV solutions in hotel and hospitality environments. You will deliver top-tier service across a variety of venues in the Sacramento/Napa area.

As an on-call role, you will gain exposure to corporate meetings, conferences, and large events while maintaining high standards of safety, inventory control, and teamwork with hotel staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude with ability to operate AV equipment.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations, setup, and strike of events.
• Greet guests and provide clear operating instructions for equipment.
• Maintain communication with client to ensure event success.
• Ensure inventory is secure and reported for any loss or damage.
• Follow company SOPs and safety policies at all times.
• Support ongoing development of technical skills across audio/video/data.
