Zusammenfassung

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to support the upkeep of our apartment communities and rental units.

You will perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, and general building maintenance while ensuring timely work orders and high resident satisfaction. You must have at least 3 years of multifamily or commercial maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Knowledge of REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.
• HVAC EPA Type II Certification (Preferred).

Aufgaben

• Regularly troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC as part of completing unit turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform general repairs independently.
• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on call after hours.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools.
• Conduct unit make readies ensuring timely completion (painting, carpet cleaning, etc.).
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance checks.
• Assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks.
• Pick up supplies from area vendors as needed while operating a registered and insured vehicle.
• Report to Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent for tasks.
• Travel to regional and corporate trainings or conferences as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Notify manager of health and safety concerns on site.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and to engage in training programs on HVAC and HUD/LIHTC maintenance standards.
