Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking a dynamic maintenance assistant to support residential properties. The role focuses on basic maintenance tasks, upkeep of curb appeal, completing resident work orders, and assisting with unit turns.

The ideal candidate is punctual, eager to learn, professional, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities include after-hours availability, coordinating with vendors, and supporting surrounding properties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Entry level, 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, commercial, hotel maintenance, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal and perform daily resident work orders.
• Be on call after hours as needed and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
• Execute unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general cleaning.
• Assist neighboring properties with maintenance tasks as needed.
• Able to pick up supplies from area vendors using a registered, insured vehicle.
• Report progress to Property Manager/Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent.
• Travel for regional and corporate trainings or conferences as required.
