Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily or hotel maintenance, high school diploma, and the ability to travel for training. The role requires punctuality, reliability, and a proactive approach to safety and resident service.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• 3+ years in multifamily, commercial, or hotel maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, basic HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair, painting.
• Familiarity with REAC and INSPIRE inspection preparation.
• Willingness to travel to regional or corporate training as required.

Aufgaben

• Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs during unit turns and preventative maintenance.
• Complete daily resident work orders and maintain unit readiness.
• Repair drywall, carpentry, painting, and appliance issues.
• Maintain curb appeal and exterior upkeep.
• Be available for on-call after hours as needed.
• Operate and transport supplies with a licensed vehicle.
• Assist neighboring properties with maintenance tasks.
• Report health and safety concerns to management.
