Job summary

Wynen's in Charleston, SC is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support daily operations at a multifamily apartment community. You will complete work orders, assist with unit turns, and perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance to keep buildings, grounds, and units safe and welcoming.

This role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry, plus strong safety awareness and clear communication.

Maintenance Technician II

Responsible for supporting daily operations of a multifamily apartment community by completing work orders and performing routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance to keep buildings, grounds, and apartment units safe, functional, and attractive.

Key Duties

• Complete resident work orders and assist with unit turns
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Maintain and repair appliances
• Handle carpentry and general maintenance tasks as needed
• Respond to emergency calls and resolve issues promptly
• Assist with capital projects to support property improvements
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Partner with the onsite team and uphold strong standards of service, safety, and professionalism

Required Qualifications / Skills
