Job summary

Fairway Management is seeking dynamic maintenance support for residential properties. The role focuses on basic maintenance, unit turns, and maintaining curb appeal while completing daily resident work orders.

The candidate should be punctual, professional, and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and safety. Responsibilities include assisting with unit turns, painting, carpet cleaning, and general maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or the equivalent.
• Entry level; 0–2 years of basic maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, or related settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional curb appeal.
• Complete and assist with daily resident work orders.
• Be available for on call after hours.
• Must have applicable maintenance tools.
• Conduct unit turns including painting, carpet cleaning, and general unit cleaning.
• Must be willing to assist neighboring properties.
• Must be able to pick up supplies from area vendors while operating a registered and insured vehicle.
• Travel to regional and corporate training and/or conferences as required.
• Maintain positive relationships with residents, vendors, and staff.
• Report health and safety concerns to management.
• Work overtime as needed and approved.
• Engage in HUD and LIHTC maintenance standard training, State inspection / INSPIRE.
