Job summary

CREI Management, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support resident services and upkeep across our properties. You will handle work orders, grounds and common area maintenance, and maintain good resident relations.

The role requires completing routine service requests within 24 hours, keeping the community clean, and assisting the Maintenance Supervisor. On-call availability for emergencies is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate in English.
• Ability to work weekends or overtime as job requires.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
• Completing all routine service requests within 24 hours at the direction of Maintenance Supervisor.
• Ensuring the clean condition of the community at all times.
• Maintaining the maintenance shop according to policy.
• Reporting maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager for review.
• Assisting in other tasks as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• All other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
