Qualifications

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, maintenance instructions, and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Ability to successfully complete required training and certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident work orders in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins.
• Inspect the property and complete routine maintenance tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Work with vendors when needed to source parts and services.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
