Job summary

Middleburg Communities is seeking a Service Technician to support maintenance and grounds services across assigned properties. You will perform vacuuming, repairs, and preventative tasks, while coordinating with the Service and Property Managers to ensure timely, quality work.

Responsibilities include apartment turnovers, safety compliance, and accurate maintenance documentation. A strong focus on curb appeal and resident satisfaction is required, with on-call duties and weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in apartment maintenance including plumbing, painting, drywall, electrical, life safety equipment.
• Regulatory and environmental certifications such as lead, asbestos, renovations/repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections per schedule and policies.
• Assist with apartment turns and repairs to market-ready condition.
• Maintain inventory and document service requests; schedule turnovers.
