Job summary

JCPenney in League City seeks an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations and general store operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred, and a strong service mindset. You will work with team members to maintain stock, assist customers, and ensure smooth multichannel processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, deliver outstanding service, promote products and services.
• Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick orders, and ensure timely packing and shipping.
• Research and support jcp.com order processes, stock organization and transaction processing.
• Collaborate with colleagues to replenish inventory and participate in inventory processes.
• Meet performance standards across shrink, safety, omnichannel, service, and productivity.
