JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general store operations.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience and a minimum HS diploma with a preferred Bachelor's degree. The position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, promoting products, and supporting store and online processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers while promoting products and services.
• Support Enterprise Fulfillment: pick orders and ship from store in a timely manner.
• Process jcp.com operations and stock transactions at the register.
• Replenish store inventory with Merchandise team and participate in inventory.
• Meet performance standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity and attendance.
