Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greet customers, assist in finding products, promote offerings, and resolve issues.
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitor fulfillment systems, pick and pack orders, and ensure timely processing.
• jcp.com Operations – support order checks, stock organization, and transaction processing.
• General Operations – replenish stock, assist with inventory, and support store processes.
• Performance Standards – maintain shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity, and attendance goals.
