Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: greet customers, assist with finding products, promote products and services, and resolve issues.
• Enterprise Fulfillment: monitor fulfillment systems, pick orders, pack, and process Ship from Store / Buy Online Pickup in Store tasks.
• jcp.com Operations: research order issues, process deliveries/returns, and maintain stock area.
• General Operations: replenish products and support annual inventory processes.
• Performance Standards: meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, customer service, and productivity targets.
