Job summary

JCPenney in West Des Moines, IA is seeking an Omni Associate to support profitable sales growth through Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and customer service and sales activities. You will help greet customers, resolve issues, and promote products while coordinating with team members.

You will monitor fulfillment systems, pack orders, handle ship-from-store and BOPIS tasks, and assist with stock and store operations to ensure a smooth omnichannel experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years work experience (customer service/sales)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred; HS degree required

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greet customers, assist, resolve issues, promote products/services, collaborate with team
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitor systems, pick and pack orders, complete ship-from-store and BOPIS tasks
• jcp.com Operations – address order shortages/overages, stock area maintenance, handle order delivery/returns at register
• General Operations – replenish store inventory, support merchandise teams, participate in annual inventory
• Performance standards – meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity, attendance targets
