Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Ability to learn enterprise fulfillment systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greet customers, assist, resolve issues and promote products/services.
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitor systems, pick orders, pack to requirements, complete ship/fulfill tasks.
• jcp.com Operations – research order shortages/overages, process shipments, manage stock area and returns.
• General Operations – replenish store stock with team, participate in inventory processes.
• Performance Standards – meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity, attendance targets.
