Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities across Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, process orders, support both store and online channels, and participate in inventory and store upkeep. The role emphasizes service, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years work experience
• Bachelor degree preferred; HS diploma required
• Results-oriented and able to drive sales, profit and customer service improvements

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers, delivers outstanding service, promotes products and services, and partners with team members.
• Enterprise Fulfillment - Monitors fulfillment systems, picks orders, packs to requirements, and handles Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities.
• jcp.com Operations - Investigates order shortages/overages, completes shipment check-in, reports, and maintains stock areas; processes order deliveries and returns at the register.
• General Operations - Replenishes store inventory with Merchandise Associates/Assistants and participates in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards - Meets and maintains performance standards including shrink, safety, omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
