Qualifications

• 1–2 years of work experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school diploma required.
• Proven ability to drive sales, deliver strong customer service, and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greet customers, assist finding products, resolve issues, promote products.
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitor systems, pick orders, pack and ship in a timely manner.
• jcp.com Operations – research order issues, complete shipments, manage stock area and transactions.
• General Operations – replenish store inventory and assist with annual inventory.
• Performance Standards – meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, and attendance goals.
