Responsibilities

• Assist customers and drive sales on the selling floor
• Lead colleagues and ensure tasks are completed
• Promote Macy's mobile app to enhance customer experience
• Provide feedback to People Leaders to improve operations
• Open/close store and manage registers
• Uphold merchandise standards and POS knowledge
• Educate staff on POS tech and RF devices
