Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer orders and merchandise the store floor.
• Lead colleagues in completing assigned tasks and maintaining store standards.
• Provide fast feedback to improve every customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues with problem-solving and a customer-first approach.
• Promote Macy’s mobile app to enhance in-store experience.
• Collaborate with People Leaders to plan total store activities.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and managing registers.
• Educate staff on point-of-sale technology and merchandise applications.
• Foster an inclusive environment and build authentic connections with customers and colleagues.
