Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Support Associate to assist guests in person, by phone, and online. You will handle orders, support store teams, and contribute to a seamless shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role is full-time and in-store with the flexibility to work retail hours; prior retail or call center experience is preferred, along with basic computer skills and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility to work retail hours.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Physical ability to stand/walk on showroom floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms.
