Bob's Discount Furniture is hiring a Customer Service Support Associate - Bob Squad to deliver exceptional support across in-person, phone, and digital channels throughout the customer journey. This full-time, in-store position requires flexibility to work a retail schedule and to assist guests, manage orders, and support store teams using our systems.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob's
• Ability to work flexible retail hours
• Strong verbal communication, judgment, and customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new technologies

• Enter and process orders with accuracy using support systems
• Support store teams and store operations as needed
