Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists customers, delivers outstanding customer service and promotes products/services.
• Monitors and processes Enterprise Fulfillment tasks, packs orders, and completes Ship from Store/Buy Online Pickup in Store activities.
• Maintains jcp.com operations: order shortages/overages, stock area organization, and related transactions at the register.
• Partners with Merchandise to replenish store stock and participates in inventory processes.
• Meets performance standards across shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity and attendance.
