JCPenney in Westland, MI is seeking an Omni Associate to help drive profitable sales by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, fulfillment operations, and general store operations.

Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, packing and shipping roles, processing web orders, stocking and inventory tasks, and supporting omnichannel initiatives.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred; HS degree or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers, promotes products and services, resolves issues.
• Enterprise Fulfillment - Monitors fulfillment systems, picks orders, packs items per requirements, completes ship-from-store and BOPIS tasks.
• jcp.com Operations - Researches order shortages/overages, processes deliveries and returns, maintains stock area.
• General Operations - Replenishes store inventory, participates in annual inventory.
• Performance Standards - Aims to meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, profit, productivity, and attendance targets.
