BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Supervisor to lead the OMNI team across digital initiatives and club operations. You will drive member experience, manage policies, and ensure efficient execution of orders and curbside/delivery programs.

Responsibilities include leadership, coaching, scheduling, and performance management, with a focus on safety and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced retail environment. A strong emphasis on teamwork and data-driven improvements is required.

Qualifications

• Oversee a team of 5+ employees with coaching and performance management.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration across departments.
• Experience driving engagement and achieving service goals.

Responsabilités

• Process member orders quickly and accurately using digital devices.
• Lead Omni team to deliver exceptional member experiences and meet SLAs.
• Administer digital initiatives like BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.
• Coach and develop team members; participate in hiring and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, SOP adherence and proper inventory handling.
