Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in the United States seeks an Omni Supervisor to lead club departments, manage the Omni team, and drive performance. You will oversee digital initiatives like BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club, ensuring smooth operations and excellent member experiences.

Responsibilities include directing a team, coaching staff, maintaining SOPs, and collaborating with leadership to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Must have at minimum 1 year experience of overseeing a team of 5 or more employees within a professional setting
• Goal setting for performance and meeting deadlines
• Organizing workflow
• Assigning tasks, supporting staff, and reporting to Assistant Club Management
• Monitoring employee productivity
• Communicating with Club Leadership – relaying information
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities, including driving team member engagement, managing/supervising cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results
• Committed to driving outstanding service to all Members
• Open shift availability required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Previous order pulling experience preferred
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred
• Computer proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Process Member orders quickly using RF device and move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Update merchandise locations and operating equipment to maintain organization with product placement.
• Utilize handheld RF scanner to pick orders and verify merchandise.
• Communicate inventory and equipment issues with Home Office and suggest process improvements.
• Identify expired or short-dated items on pick lists and flag concerns to leadership.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations and SOPs for BOPIC, BOPIC Fresh, Curbside, Ship from Club.
• Teach, coach and train Omni Experience Ambassadors on policies and best practices.
• Directly manage and assess Team Member performance; assist in hiring, training and performance management.
• Ensure merchandise pulled from reserve areas when possible; maintain proper staffing across departments.
• Prints staging tickets, packing slips, shipping labels and related documents.
• Packages orders securely per SOP; maintain neat SFC/BOPIC area and housekeeping.
• Processes returns and routes to appropriate desks; review OMNI reporting.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to club policies and procedures.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
