Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in the United States is seeking an Omni Supervisor to lead club departments, drive performance, and deliver an outstanding member experience. You will oversee the Omni team, manage digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, and Ship from Club, and ensure operational efficiencies.

The role requires guiding teams, setting expectations, coaching staff, and maintaining policy adherence to achieve gold standards and positive member interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year experience overseeing a team of 5 or more employees.
• Ability to own and deliver against strategic initiatives and objectives.
• Commitment to outstanding service for all members.
• Open shift availability required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
• Previous order-pulling experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.
