BJs Wholesale Club is seeking a dynamic Omni Supervisor to lead the club team and drive performance across departments. You will partner with the Assistant Club Manager to deliver exceptional member experiences and manage digital initiatives like BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, and Ship from Club.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on coaching of team members to meet service standards and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year overseeing a team of 5+ employees within a professional setting.
• Experience leading omni-channel operations or club-based departments preferred.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Omni team and drive club performance across departments.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and member experience is outstanding.
• Oversee digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.
