Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Oaks, PA is seeking an Omni Supervisor to lead the Omni team, drive club performance, and manage departments directly under their responsibility. The role focuses on delivering a superior member experience and coordinating digital initiatives such as Same Day Delivery and Ship from Club.

The successful candidate will supervise daily operations, coach employees, and ensure policies and procedures are followed while delivering measurable results and a high level of service

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience overseeing a team of 5+ employees in a professional setting.
• Experience leading omni-channel/club initiatives is a plus.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Process member orders quickly and accurately using RF devices.
• Maintain inventory locations and staging areas for efficiency.
• Lead Omni team members and drive club performance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Coach and develop team members to meet targets and standards.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and professional work environment.
