Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Supervisor to lead club operations and drive performance across departments under the guidance of the Assistant Club Manager. You will manage Omni initiatives, coach teams, and ensure adherence to policies while delivering an outstanding member experience.

You’ll lead the Omni Experience, including BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club, using data to identify opportunities and improve service levels.

Qualifications

• Oversee a team of 5+ employees and drive performance.
• Set goals and monitor performance metrics.
• Organize workflow and delegate tasks effectively.
• Proficient use of handheld/RF scanner and related devices.

• Process member orders accurately and efficiently.
• Lead Omni team and ensure policy compliance.
