Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Supervisor to lead the Omni team, oversee department workflows, and ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment. You will coach staff, manage performance, and enforce club standards while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Responsibilities include directing omni processes like BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, and Ship from Club, using RF scanners and handheld devices, and delivering outstanding member service with data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have at minimum 1 year experience overseeing a team of 5 or more employees within a professional setting.
• Goal setting for performance and meeting deadlines.
• Organizing workflow.
• Assigning tasks, supporting staff, and reporting to Assistant Club Management.
• Monitoring employee productivity.
• Communicating with Club Leadership – relaying information.
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities, including driving team member engagement, managing cross-functional teams, training team members, and driving and communicating results.
• Open shift availability required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Process member orders in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list and moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Update merchandise locations and operating equipment to maintain consistency and organization.
• Utilize a handheld RF scanner to pick orders and verify merchandise.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and communicate with Home Office for process improvements.
• Lead Omni Experience Ambassadors and train staff on policies and best practices.
• Hire, train, and manage performance of all Omni team members and ensure proper staffing.
