JCPenney in the United States seeks an Omni Associate to drive profitable sales by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales and store operations.

You will greet customers, promote products, monitor fulfillment systems, pack orders, and support inventory. This role requires 1–2 years of experience, with a preferred Bachelor's degree and a strong focus on service, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years work experience.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred; HS degree or equivalent required.
• Results - drives sales, profit and customer service; acts efficiently and with accountability.
• Ownership - provides strong customer service and builds positive relationships.
• Intensity - proactively improves the customer experience with energy and urgency.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service & Sales - Greet customers, assist with product finds, promote services and resolve issues.
• Enterprise Fulfillment - Monitor fulfillment systems, pick orders, and complete shipping/packing on schedule.
• jcp.com Operations - Research order shortages/overages and complete shipment check-in and stock organization.
• General Operations - Replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory processes.
• Performance Standards - Meet shrink, safety, omnichannel, productivity, and attendance targets.
