Job summary

JCPenney is seeking an Omni Associate to contribute to profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general operations.

You will greet and assist customers, pick and pack orders, monitor systems, and collaborate with teams to maintain stock and drive performance. A 1–2 year track record and a Bachelor or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred; HS degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and promote company products and services.
• Monitor fulfillment systems, pick orders, and acknowledge completion.
• Pack orders and ensure Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store timelines.
• Replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory process.
• Meet performance standards including shrink, safety, omnichannel, and attendance.
