Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience in a luxury retail environment. You will meet sales targets, support daily store operations, and help grow brand loyalty both in‑store and online.

As a front‑line ambassador, you will build lasting client relationships, provide fashion advice, and utilize mobile POS and social selling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Flexibility for peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; education + experience considered.
• Strong English proficiency; ability to communicate with customers clearly.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and uphold style standards.
• Develop client relationships through personalized styling and product knowledge.
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize POS and clienteling tools, and engage on social platforms to drive repeat purchases.
• Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs and support daily store operations.
• Assist teammates and maintain a polished, organized sales floor and stockroom.
