Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador, delivering elevated, personalized shopping experiences and meeting sales goals. You will support daily store operations, participate in omni-channel selling, and build lasting client relationships using product expertise and fashion advice.

The role emphasizes high energy, teamwork, and adaptability to business needs, including flexible scheduling. Training and brand initiatives are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred); knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), walkie-talkie use, ability to read price/release sheets.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Luxury retail background, social media savvy, live-stream shopping or video demos, clienteling and data acquisition skills (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, and adapt selling techniques to business needs.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized; follow policies, POS, and asset protection procedures.
• Process transactions efficiently (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, and manage product movement.
• Assist teammates in various areas as required.
• Foster a collaborative environment; encourage team performance.
