Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated shopping experience and meet store sales goals. You will blend luxury service with omnichannel selling, use POS and clienteling tools, and support daily store operations.

You will build lasting client relationships through styling expertise, drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and contribute to brand loyalty and revenue. The role requires energy on the floor and the ability to adapt to business needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred
• Experience with POS operation and basic tech tools (iPad, laptop, mobile POS)
• Strong English proficiency
• Knowledge of fashion trends and clienteling is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador adhering to style and service standards
• Build lasting client relationships through personal styling and product knowledge
• Drive sales via cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling to capture data and encourage repeat purchases
• Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet KPIs and team goals
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales
• Maintain energy on the floor and adapt selling techniques to business needs
• Complete daily operations: cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, merchandising
