Coach, a global fashion house, is seeking a Sales Associate to be the front-line ambassador of the Coach brand in our store. You will deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meet personal and store sales goals, and support daily store operations.

This role blends luxury-retail service, omni-channel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue, with opportunities to learn and grow within the Tapestry family.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience in luxury retail or equivalent environment.
• Strong English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build client relationships through styling, product knowledge, and guidance.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations.
• Handle daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory, and merchandising.
